By accepting an appointment each customer agrees to the following policies:
-The appointment time and length in booking does not reflect exact arrival time and hours spent. This is an arrival window as discussed during scheduling.
- You will receive a detailed estimate of hours and cost for your approval via email before the service date.
- There is a two hour minimum on all services. If service extends beyond the two hours, hourly rate will be charged accordingly.
- All services are subject to a call out fee up to 35 miles from our business address in Snohomish , WA. Any miles beyond this range are subject to an extended call out fee.
- Invoice is to be paid in full on the same day service is completed. If the customer will not be on site during the service, prior notice must be given and the estimate is to be paid prior to the appointment date.
-Any invoice for parts is due prior to ordering.
-Please note, our technician will always attempt to complete repairs same day - however if parts are needing to be ordered that are not on hand, a secondary appointment will need to be made and payment will need to be paid in full after each service. No exceptions.
- We accept cash or card only. A 3.5% credit card fee will be applied if paying with a credit card.
-We do not work directly with warranty companies in any way.
- If needing to add on further repairs than discussed during initial scheduling, please give us advance notice. We are happy to assist in any repairs we can, but without prior notice, we can not guarantee we will have parts on hand or be able to complete everything within the allotted scheduling time.
**If needing to cancel your appointment, we do kindly ask that you please give us at least a 48 hour notice in advance.
