PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING PRIOR TO PROCEEDING WITH A SERVICE REQUEST:
-Our mobile service is available within a 35-mile radius of our Snohomish, WA, location for coaches manufactured in 2006 or later. Please note that some locations, such as Whidbey Island and Bainbridge Island, require additional travel time and are therefore excluded from our standard service area.
-We do not work with warranty companies.
-Payment is due in full at the time of service. Prior notice must be given if the payee will not be on site at time of service and the estimate must be paid in full before the appointment date. We accept cash or credit card only—no checks, please.
-Each service appointment incurs a call-out fee and a two-hour minimum service charge, No exceptions. Hourly rate will be charged accordingly to time spent beyond the initial two hours. For detailed pricing, please visit our service page.
-We specialize in house functions only and unfortunately, cannot assist in Chassis work.
-During the winter months, we do not perform slide seal or roof reseal work, but we would be happy to schedule you for a spring appointment.
-As a small team, our appointment slots are limited and often book several months in advance in the Summer. However, we maintain a cancellation list and may be able to offer you an earlier appointment if needed. Rest assured, we are committed to providing timely assistance to all our customers and will do our best to accommodate your needs.
We understand that RV repairs can be stressful, which is why we approach every service with not only expertise and precision but also with kindness and patience. We truly value the trust our customers place in us and appreciate when that same kindness is reciprocated. That said, we are committed to maintaining a positive and respectful environment. If any hostile behavior arises, we may recommend seeking service elsewhere.
