Thank you for taking the time to fill out our service request form.
Please read the following before proceeding with a request:

     Our mobile service is available within a 35-mile radius of Snohomish, WA, for coaches manufactured in 2006 or later. Please note that some locations, such as Whidbey Island and Bainbridge Island, may require additional travel time and are therefore excluded from our standard service area.
We do not work with warranty companies, and payment is due in full at the time of service. We accept cash or credit card only—no checks, please.
Each service appointment incurs a call-out fee, and a two-hour minimum service charge applies, with no exceptions. For detailed pricing, please visit our service page.

We specialize in house functions only and unfortunately, cannot assist in Chassis work.

During the winter months, we do not perform slide seal or roof reseal work, but we would be happy to schedule you for a spring appointment.
As a small team, our appointment slots are limited and often book several months in advance. However, we maintain a cancellation list and may be able to offer you an earlier appointment if needed. Rest assured, we are committed to providing timely assistance to all our customers and will do our best to accommodate your needs.

We understand that RV repairs can be stressful, which is why we approach every service with not only expertise and precision but also with kindness and patience. We truly value the trust our customers place in us and appreciate when that same kindness is reciprocated. That said, we are committed to maintaining a positive and respectful environment. If any hostile behavior arises, we may recommend seeking service elsewhere to ensure a better fit.

    Please provide us with a short description of what issues you are experiencing with your recreational vehicle. Please include dates and times that work within your schedule.

    Please be advised we do not work with the insurance companies.

    Please note, we are closed on Sundays/Mondays.

    Our scheduling team will reach out to you within three business days with a service date. Due to a small team and high demand, we will only be able to reach out to you once with a service date via your preferred method. If we receive no response, we will assume the appointment has been declined.
