Ryan was hands down the best experience I have had in my two years of full time RV life. Seeing the need for my repairs, he fit me in after hours. He educated me without being condescending. His attitude and positivity were effortless. He is just a nice guy doing his passion.

“Ryan was amazing. We had an tight window between trips and needed to get our AC fixed in peak of summer. Despite being booked out when one of his appointments ended early he called and came out. Also, he is an expert troubleshooter and didn’t take the easy path of replacing the whole unit which would have taken months to get parts. He investigated and found loosely crimped wires and was able to fix it on the spot. I will be deleting all other RV service numbers I have, and will recommend Top Tech Mobile RV to anyone.”

In the last year we had at least 4 “aqua hot techs” work in our unit charge exorbitantly and not have a lasting solution. Ryan is like an aqua hot doctor. He knew what the problem was, tested the part, replaced it and gave a proper service. It’s finally working perfectly! I wish we had met Ryan a year ago. He is the best; professional, witty and kind. We have a 2014 Thor RV that has been loved / used. It needed some repairs to the furnace, and have the hot water tank, door and a few other things checked over. Ryan at Top Tech Mobile RV was highly recommended through Nextdoor. He was booked up for about a month, but so worth the wait. He knows what he's doing and doesn't take advantage of folks that are repair challenged. We thought something was wrong with the hot water tank, but he explained that it was OK, just something about the cold spell we had and the effect it has on propane gas. Ryan was great about answering our questions and explaining things, as needed. He was professional, honest, thorough and came to our home, where our RV was parked. I would highly recommend him. Ryan has a nice combination of mechanical, electrical and technical skills that are needed for today's RVs. We plan on using him for any more issues our rig may have in the future.“
